THE FIX ↗Professional website + Google profile
LESS ADMIN. MORE SITE TIME. MORE ROOM TO GROW.
When every quote, reminder, material list and payment follow-up lives in your head or your WhatsApp, growth gets expensive. Competitors with better systems can move faster even when their workmanship is not better.
Imagine an assistant that never forgets a lead: enquiries are captured, quotes prepared for your approval, jobs tracked, customers updated and unpaid invoices flagged. You stay in control without living behind a desk.
It is the unpaid admin hours around the workmanship. Even a skilled crew can lose momentum when enquiries, quotations and job changes are handled manually. These are potential risks for growing contractors, not claims about BC’s current performance.

ILLUSTRATIVE LIFESTYLE IMAGE • NOT BC CLIENT WORK
A digital operating system works in the gaps between jobs: it captures new requests, organises the site survey, prepares documents, tracks materials and tells you exactly what needs a decision.
LOCAL PEOPLE. REAL HOMES. BETTER DIGITAL EXPERIENCES.
BC already has its charcoal, brass and hexagon identity. We use it to introduce a professional customer-facing brand, then connect every enquiry to the behind-the-scenes process.
Strong visual identity, project portfolio, service sections, mobile-first design, click-to-call and a frictionless free-quotation journey.
A consistent Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profile, WhatsApp Business and LinkedIn presence, all connected to a clear quotation journey.
Search visibility, before-and-after content, reviews and targeted advertising when you choose to invest.
A lead-to-payment system instead of loose notes, missed callbacks and manually assembled documents.
Visuals are illustrative concepts created for this proposal. They are not photographs of BC Construction's completed work.
This is the real offer: a growing digital operations team that handles the repeatable admin. New leads, survey notes, quotes, customer updates, job tasks and payment reminders flow through one controlled system. Chris and Lee approve the important decisions.
Lead capture, assignment, reminders and prefilled survey records. Draft itemised quotes and material lists are prepared for your approval.
Customer-supplied materials are tracked, workers see their tasks, projects flag delays and change orders require a documented customer sign-off.
Completion records, invoices, outstanding-payment alerts and review requests. You see which work earns money, not just which jobs are busy.
Manual admin costs your attention. Compare the value of reclaimed time with the effective monthly price of a managed system. This calculator models potential capacity value, not guaranteed savings or income.
Reclaimed time only creates financial return if it is put to productive use. Nothing here guarantees extra jobs or profit.
Start with a manageable activation payment and ongoing support. Any custom software build has its own clearly stated total implementation price and agreed payment schedule. We review progress every six months, but the partnership is not limited to six months.
The R1 800.00 is the entry-level activation payment, not the full value of a substantial software build. Each larger implementation is quoted separately with a total fixed price, deliverables and a signed payment schedule. Ongoing hosting, maintenance and support are billed separately.
For the essential professional presence: branded one-pager, quote CTA, initial profile setup guidance, hosting/support allowance and minor content updates within the agreed scope.
Launch plus connected lead capture, a managed follow-up workflow, a simple quote pipeline, a branded monthly content pack using client-supplied materials, and performance reporting.
The high-leverage package. Lead Engine plus a staged, managed quote-to-job system that automates repetitive admin and gives Chris and Lee an owner's view of work and collections.
Monthly support is not a substitute for paying for development. Whether we build a small lead tool or a complex R500 000.00 operating platform, the full agreed implementation price is visible in the contract from day one.
We scope deliverables, milestones and a total build price before custom development starts. The R1 800.00 starter deposit is credited where the signed quote says so. Major builds require additional milestone payments.
Choose an ongoing hosting, support, automation and growth plan from R750.00/month. This is separate from payments toward the implementation price and is reviewed as business requirements change.
If you choose another provider, we reconcile completed and accepted development value against payments received, settle amounts lawfully due and provide an agreed export and handover. We never sell you the same work twice.
Illustration only, not BC's proposed price: a contract may define a R500 000.00 implementation, with a R1 800.00 deposit credited to that price and an agreed staged or instalment schedule. If the full R498 200.00 balance were payable over 36 equal months with no finance charges and no other milestone payments, that would be approximately R13 838.89/month towards development, plus the chosen ongoing service fee. Large projects should use milestone payments to limit delivery risk.
At exit, the settlement is the legally enforceable unpaid amount for work delivered and accepted (plus any authorised charges), less all applicable credits and payments. Unperformed future work and discontinued service months are not automatically charged. Financing, IP ownership and early termination terms require legal review before use.
Every six months we assess what is working, what still takes up time and which additional modules could create value. The monthly service continues under its agreed terms, and any expansion or price increase requires fresh written agreement.
Pricing proposal for review: all figures in South African rand. R1 800.00 starter activation, then the selected service fee billed monthly on an ongoing basis. Custom development, paid integrations and advertising are separately scoped and priced. For larger projects, the total implementation price and due dates appear in a signed statement of work. No unapproved automatic price increase. Fair exit settlement and customer-data handover terms form part of the written contract.
Chris and Lee, your skills belong on site, not buried in paperwork. We are proposing a system that keeps the business running behind the scenes, while you focus on customers and quality workmanship.
Our model is long-term: if you get more efficient and win better work, we earn the opportunity to grow the system alongside you. We are not here to sell a site and disappear.
Start with R1 800.00 activation and ongoing services from R750.00/month. Larger automation builds have their own full implementation price and payment schedule. We confirm everything in writing before taking payment.
Once a written quote and amount are agreed, you can pay securely through Payfast. PayFast remains disabled in this local preview until the written agreement, merchant and amount are approved.
